Yoga and Pilates, Are they good for our lives?

YOGA – We are all kinds of GURU in our lives
YOGA is a spiritual and mental discipline with body movement while focusing on harmonizing and unifying mind and body.
At the very beginning, people used to do YOGA as a religious and sacred activity. As the time goes by for a thousands of the year, people now do YOGA to settle down minds with complicated reality.
PILATES is on the other hand, focused on healthy body movements for physical fitness. It is developed by Joseph Pilates in early 20th century.
It is performed with reformers, the machine, to strengthen core muscles and proper body shapes. Yet, likely YOGA, Pilates loved to distribute his own opinion with the famous quote: ‘It is the mind itself which builds the body.’ 
                        
Movement of Body
While both Yoga and Pilates are all concentrated on body movements, the outfit is also one of the critical factor. Usually people wear leggings and tight fit top to check whether they are doing proper posing or not.
Some might think any type of clothes is fine because WE need to focus not on outfit but inner peace. However, trust me. If not wearing proper outfit, you can hardly concentrate on working out as you can feel uncomfortable of wearing such as rolling down the waist band of the leggings, not stretching of clothes and etc.
